INSPIRING! I've just sent a two wee boxes over to Japan for kindy kids of handmade goodies (there's a small custom's glitch, but it should arrive at its destination soon). I am hoping to do something similar as you haqve for Mummies in Chch for Mums, Dads and small people in Sendai as well. Good on you for your wonderful initiative, hard work and generosity! Keep changing the world, one small crafty at a time :-) Well done!
Ah, that is fantastic! So wonderful to see your gifts in the little hands of their recipients. You guys have all done such a great job, and well done Cat and Sarah for all your organising/coordinating. You should be very proud. Sending best wishes to Christchurch. x x
Sarah you really can't imagine how excited, thrilled and overwhelmed the families were. SO, SO special!
Just went over to see the pictures, absolutely wonderful to see the expectation and delight of the children opening the gifts, as the old adage goes 'give to those who need and not to those who expect'!Well done Sarah and the others for all their generosity!
Dear Sarah and Cat, thank YOU both for your huge generosity in giving like this. Such a beautiful and rare gift, we certainly need more people like you on our planet. Thank you also to all the wonderfully gifted crafters out there that gave of their stash and time to help others in need. The world is a more wonderful place with you all in it.
So Beautiful, you are such a dear! how cute is this gift.
You are quite wonderful at times, lol, I'd give you a huge hug if I was there with you right now. I can imagine what hard work it must have been to make things and organise everything, but I am sure it is also a wonderful feeling to have been able to help a little. You are such a kind hearted person really. xxx
This is totally awesome!!!Chris :o)
